We only stayed 1 night to visit family in Cooma. The room was a good size. Had a microwave, tea/coffee/biscuits & fridge with real milk.Bed was comfortable. Used the air conditioner to warm the room. Soft bath towels. Very clean. Had soaps/hair wash on the pump which I like. Carpeted & quiet.Easy checkout. Key drop.Hotel is walking distance to the cafes & restaurants. In town.

We stayed as a stop over while heading further north & would definitely stay here again. Rooms are super clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. No hair dryer or plates/cutlery for the toast you can make in the toaster provided, but that is minor detail for me. Staff were also friendly and responded promptly.

A great place to stay the night before heading to the snowfields if you want to break up the drive. Easy to find, plenty of parking and a great location (close to Rhythm, food and grocery shops). We booked the “small family room” but were surprised (and very grateful) to be put into a two bedroom unit. The room was dated but clean enough and had plenty of space for all of our stuff and for the adults to watch tv whilst baby slept in the other room.My only negative were that the heating was not on when we arrived so the rooms were FREEZING and took some time to heat and the following morning before checkout we had an awkward encounter when house keeping came and attempted to clean the room whilst we were still inside with the baby sleeping. All in all a great stay and we would happily be back.

We have stayed here many times, however road noise rooms 3 & 4 is not pleasant. Double glazing of windows would be great.

Great location, easy walk to groceries, food and snow hire. My only suggestion is to have plates and Cutlery in the rooms. We had a toaster and microwave in our room however no utensils.

There is no cutlery and no plates to use on for the food.Couldn't make coffee as there is no spoon and wasn't enough milk.

Clean and tidy room. Staff very friendly. Only need to make sure you bring your own plate if making your own breakfast. Room comfortable and clean.

This is a big motel complex with rooms that are dating a bit. Not a resort by any means. But there is no need for it to be. It’s across the road from fast food and one block away from Aldi. Fuel and skis shops across the road. Walk the main CBD. I liked the place even though the TV phased in and out

If you want a clean and location close to everything Cooma offers this works well. What makes a place great is its people and front desk was awesome - thank you guys. T
